There's no way to do that now. I'm treating this as a feature request but since it sometimes skips output when there is a huge amount of it and you can clear it from its Options menu, I'm not sure it would be useful. If we do add it, it would probably return the first line to 1 if you clear the output, rather than continuing the count.
