What kinds of questions can I ask here?

Questions should be relevant to this community, which focuses on Wingware's Python IDE product line. Please be respectful of others. Wing is used all over the world by people of all ages and level of experience.

How does this site work?

Anyone can ask questions here and anyone can answer. Wingware's support team monitors the site and will answer questions and remove any abuse. Other users that have used the site enough to accumulate sufficient karma points can also participate in moderation and other tasks.

For example, if you ask an interesting question or give a helpful answer, your input will be upvoted. On the other hand if the answer is misleading - it will be downvoted. Each vote in favor will generate 10 points, each vote against will subtract 2 points. The table below explains reputation point requirements for each type of moderation task.
