Since this was originally answered a year ago, the approach to setting up Wing with Docker has been changed, and is now documented in detail in https://wingware.com/doc/howtos/docker

This is a different approach than the original links I provided a year ago and is likely more generally useful because it does not require the ability to connect to the Docker instance with SSH.

However, this is still fairly complicated to set up. We're working on automating and simplifying setup for Docker based on this approach, by adding the concept of a container configuration to Wing's UI. But that's not yet available at the moment.
