You should be able to duplicate your preferences file, choose a different color scheme, and then start Wing from the command line with a --prefs-file argument. See https://wingware.com/doc/install/command-line-usage for documentation of the command line arguments. The default preferences file is in the Wing settings directory listed in the About dialog box; the preferences file is a .ini format file that can be edited directly.
