cant set breakpoints on Pop!_OS

wing pro 10 noncommercial license: cant set breakpoints on Pop!_OS, newest version. no problem with other distros on the same hardware but under Pop! breakpoint menu items are disabled and keyboard shortcuts have no effect.

everything else seems normal.

That's odd. Is Wing showing the file as Python? Is there a breakpoint column in the editor that you can click in? I'm wondering if the file is not seen as Python for some reason. You can set it to Python in its file properties, or if it has an odd extension you can add that to the Files > File Types preference. If none of that helps, please submit a bug report from Wing's Help menu and include the error log, which might show us what is going on.
