Difficulty w/ New Project w/ Existing Virtualenv

I get the following error.

It looks like the pyvenv.cfg file went missing. That's probably the underlying problem.

That was it. The pyvenv.cfg file was missing.

So the cause of error found, but the error returned could be a bit more helpful in this case.
