Split the content of ~/.wingpro7/preferences into two parts: portable and non-portable.

Hi,

Considering that tweak out the favorite preferences for wing takes me some time, so I decide to use the ~/.wingpro7/preferences of the old computer for another computer on which wing is newly installed.

But the problem is that some entries in the ~/.wingpro7/preferences, say the main.update-history is not portable till I really installed the corresponding updates on the target machine. So I want to suggest the following settings' method.

Split the settings for wing into two files, one for portable settings and the other not (so) portable, by this way, the user can directly use the portable preferences file for the newly installed wing on another computer.

Regards, HY

The preferences should be portable as-is. This particular preference should perhaps be stored somewhere else, but it's easier to have it here so we get the information with bug reports. It's not used for anything other than to provide information to us that might assist us in providing support. It's not a big deal if we get one that has some info from another earlier install since it's just a starting point for investigations.
