Wing 9 won't start and Wing 8 fails to run Python shell on Windows 10

I have a PC with Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2019 x64 with latest November 2023 updates installed (KB5031990+KB5023196), mainstream support life cycle. Just made a fresh Python 3.8.10 x64 installation to C:\Python38 folder from here https://www.python.org/ftp/python/3.8.1… (installed for all users from administrator with adding Python to system PATH). Wing IDE has not been used on this system before so no traces/directories of any previous Wing versions. I planned to use fresh Wing Pro 9.1.2 installation (C:\Wing folder) but it won't start at all on my system. Wing Pro 8.3.3.3 (with latest patch) installs and runs smoothly but Python shell faills (ImportError: DLL load failed while importing tdbgtracer: %1 is not a valid Win32 application). What's wrong? Need help... Thanks in advance! Logs here: https://pastebin.com/nyQU4HhU

For Wing 9, could you please try running console_wing.exe to see if that includes anything more about the crash? The log just terminated. Also check if there's a segfault.log or similar file in the Settings Directory (usually c:\Users\${username}\AppData\Roaming\Wing Pro 9). If so, please send us that by email to support@wingware.com.

I'm not certain what the issue with Wing 8 is but am hoping we can get Wing 9 working. It may also make sense to try Wing 10 from https://wingware.com/wingide/early

Problem was resolved by reinstalling the operating system. Nobody knows what was wrong with previous installation... All is working now.
