How do I enable Source Index Menus
The Source Index Menus disappeared on some of my scripts and I can't find out how to reenable them.

Is Wing still seeing those files as Python? If not, you can either add their extension as Python using the Files > File Types > Extra Files Types preference or right click on the file and select Properties and set the File Type there. If it is being seen as Python code, could you please send in a bug report from Wing's Help menu and include the error log? That may show us what is going wrong.
