Increase the up-limit of Source Analysis | Max Memory Buffers for speeding up the source code API scraping process.

Hi,

I try to increase the Max Memory Buffers for Source Analysis so that the source scraping process can be done more quickly, but it seems that the up-limit is 300(M?) currently. Why set a so small uplimit on it?

This is an old preference that no longer has much of a performance impact because most analysis no longer uses the memory buffer that it refers to. We'll probably remove it in a future release.
