Why does wing personal open in command prompt then close

I have the latest version of wing installed (7.2.2.0) and after i install it i click on the shortcut then command prompt opens and then quickly closes again and nothing else happens why does this happen?

This is a bug. Could you see if running "c:\Program Files (x86)\Wing Personal 7.2\console_wing.exe" in a cmd.exe window works? If it does not work, please email any output to support@wingware.com

This means the Python shell process didn't start correctly. Could you please submit a bug report from Wing's Help menu and include the log?

This can sometimes happen if a system is under load and the attempt to start the Python Shell process times out, or it could be some other issue. If it keeps happening please submit a bug report from the Help menu with the error log included and that may show us what is going wrong.
