M1 compatability?
Does this run well on the new Mac M1's? Whether natively or emulated?

Yes, Wing runs well on Macs with the M1 chip. It is currently runs via the Rosetta 2 translator.

Hopefully it is fully ported at some point.
We plan to add native M1 support in a future release
