Wing opens other project not in new instance

... despite setting Preferences->User Interface->Other->Always Launch New Instance. Instead it silently replaces an open project, when clicking another wpr file.

System: Win10 Wing: 8.2.0.1 (portable)

I think that may just be respected when opening regular files and not projects. That's arguably a bug. You can work around it by adding --new to the command line that opens the additional project.
