Wing always shows the current line number and column in the lower left of the IDE window. Is this isn't what you're asking, please clarify the question.

Thank you. Is it possible to display a solid line ?

Not one that follows the caret. You can only do that for current line, not column. Current line highlight is set up with the Editor > Selection/Caret > Caret Line Highlight preference.

A related thing that might help is the Editor > Indentation > Show Indent Guides preference. That shows vertical lines indicating indent levels.
