Add more light themes for wing.

Currently, most of built-in themes are dark, could you please add more light themes?

I've marked this as a feature request. Note that you can also create your own as described under "Add Color Palettes" in https://wingware.com/doc/custom/qt-st... and also https://wingware.com/doc/custom/syntax
