keybinding for the toggle of the debugger is GONE F9 no longer works

keybinding for the toggle of the debugger is GONE F9 no longer works - i have now uninstallaed and re-installed and still no debugger key stroke. How to get it back?

How to assign it again

By default F9 sets or clears a breakpoint. You can rebind any key or add key bindings with the User Interface > Keyboard > Custom Key Bindings preference. The command field offers completion, or see the command reference at https://wingware.com/doc/commands to find the command you want.
