Wing Tutorial: "Move Wing Help to New Window" - can't find

Rank beginner here, hope I'm posting in the right spot. I've installed Wing 101 and I'm going through the tutorial. In Section 2 "Getting Around Wing" about halfway through it says:

On small monitors and laptops, it may be preferable to create a new window for the tutorial by right clicking on its tab and selected Move Wing Help to New Window.

But, when I right-click on the tab I don't see that option. Am I doing something wrong or is the tutorial not quite correct?
